Job Description

As an Assistant Store Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.   1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist in the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
  3. Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times.
  4. Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or complaints.
  5. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Train and supervise store employees on store policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed.
  8. Collaborate with the Store Operator to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  9. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services offered by 7-Eleven.
  10. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  11. Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to store employees.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  13. Participate in store meetings and training sessions.
  14. Handle any other duties as assigned by the Store Operator.
