  1. Assist the Store Operator in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  2. Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met and providing a positive shopping experience.
  3. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store to meet customer expectations and company standards.
  4. Monitor and replenish inventory levels to ensure products are always available for customers.
  5. Handle customer complaints and inquiries, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  6. Train and supervise store staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service.
  7. Collaborate with the Store Operator to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall store performance.
  8. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
  9. Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  10. Continuously strive to improve store operations and customer satisfaction by identifying and implementing process improvements.
