- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met and providing a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store to meet customer expectations and company standards.
- Monitor and replenish inventory levels to ensure products are always available for customers.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Train and supervise store staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the Store Operator to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall store performance.
