  1. Assist in managing daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  3. Train and supervise store employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures and providing guidance and support when needed.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are stocked and displayed correctly to meet customer demand.
  5. Collaborate with the Store Operator to create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all safety and health regulations are followed.
  7. Assist in conducting performance evaluations, addressing any performance issues, and making recommendations for employee development and promotions.
  8. Assist in creating work schedules and managing employee time off requests to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  9. Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate information to customers and employees.
  10. Collaborate with the Store Operator to implement marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  11. Handle financial transactions, including processing payments, balancing cash drawers, and preparing daily deposits.
  12. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve store operations and customer satisfaction.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Operator or higher management.
