  1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
  2. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including restocking shelves and cleaning counters and floors.
  5. Operate cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  6. Ensure all products are properly stocked and rotated, and check for any expired items.
  7. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  8. Assist in receiving and stocking deliveries.
  9. Help create and maintain promotional displays to attract customers.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  11. Train and supervise new employees as needed.
  12. Collaborate with the Store Operator to meet sales targets and achieve store goals.
  13. Handle customer complaints and escalate to the Store Operator as needed.
  14. Participate in regular store meetings and provide feedback on ways to improve operations and customer service.
  15. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall shopping experience.
