- Assist the Store Leader in daily operations and management of the store.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Learn and follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure store environment.
- Participate in hands-on training and mentorship to develop skills in inventory management, ordering, and merchandising.
- Support the Store Leader in achieving sales and profit goals by monitoring and analyzing sales trends, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
- Maintain a clean and organized store, including stocking shelves, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and ensuring product quality and freshness.
- Learn and adhere to all cash handling and register procedures to accurately complete transactions and prevent losses.
- Assist in the scheduling and supervision of store employees, providing guidance and support to ensure a productive and positive work environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, taking initiative to learn new skills and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with the Store Leader and other team members to promote a culture of teamwork, communication, and accountability.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Typically Required For An Assistant Store Leader Trainee Position At 7-Eleven.
Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role, Such As Retail Or Food Service, Is Highly Preferred For This Role. This Demonstrates The Ability To Handle And Interact With Customers In A Professional And Efficient Manner.
