- Assist the Store Leader in managing day-to-day operations of the convenience store.
- Learn and understand all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, financial management, and customer service.
- Develop leadership skills by working closely with the Store Leader and other team members.
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Train and supervise store employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor and track sales, inventory levels, and expenses to meet or exceed store goals.
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
- Maintain a safe and secure store environment by adhering to company safety and security policies.
- Work collaboratively with the Store Leader and other team members to achieve overall store success.
- Continuously improve store operations by identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Uphold company standards and policies, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Complete all required training programs and participate in ongoing development opportunities.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.
Previous Retail Experience: A Successful Assistant Store Leader Trainee At 7-Eleven Should Have Prior Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role. This Will Demonstrate The Candidate's Understanding Of Store Operations And Customer Service.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Assistant Store Leader Trainee Should Possess Strong Leadership Qualities, Such As The Ability To Motivate And Guide A Team, Delegate Tasks, And Make Effective Decisions. This Is Essential In Managing Store Operations And Ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
