  1. Learn and develop leadership skills: As an Assistant Store Leader Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced leaders and develop the necessary skills to become a successful leader in the retail industry.
  2. Support store operations: You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, customer service, and cash handling.
  3. Learn company policies and procedures: You will be trained on company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in store operations.
  4. Develop customer service skills: You will work closely with customers and learn how to provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive shopping experience for all customers.

  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints: You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  9. Promote company values: As a representative of 7-Eleven, you will promote and uphold company values of integrity, teamwork, and excellence in all aspects of your work.
