  1. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, addressing complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Learn and uphold company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  4. Assist the Store Leader in managing daily store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising.
  5. Participate in training programs to develop leadership skills and knowledge of the company's products, services, and systems.
  6. Lead by example and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales goals and provide exceptional service.
  7. Ensure the store maintains a clean and organized appearance at all times.
  8. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
  9. Collaborate with team members to create and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  10. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and community members.
  11. Assist with hiring, training, and coaching new team members.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  13. Support the Store Leader in managing employee schedules and payroll.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.
  15. Communicate effectively and collaborate with other store leaders to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
