- Assist the Store Leader in daily operations, including managing inventory, ordering and receiving products, and ensuring store cleanliness and organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or concerns, and maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Learn and understand company policies and procedures, and ensure they are followed by all team members.
- Assist in training and developing new team members, and provide ongoing coaching and support to existing team members.
- Monitor and analyze sales and financial data, and make recommendations for improving store performance.
- Participate in store meetings and contribute ideas for improving operations and customer experience.
- Help maintain a safe and secure store environment by following safety and security protocols and procedures.
- Learn and comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the Store Leader and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
