1. Assist the Store Leader in daily operations, including managing inventory, ordering and receiving products, and ensuring store cleanliness and organization.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or concerns, and maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
3. Learn and understand company policies and procedures, and ensure they are followed by all team members.
4. Assist in training and developing new team members, and provide ongoing coaching and support to existing team members.
5. Monitor and analyze sales and financial data, and make recommendations for improving store performance.
6. Participate in store meetings and contribute ideas for improving operations and customer experience.
7. Help maintain a safe and secure store environment by following safety and security protocols and procedures.
8. Learn and comply with all health and safety regulations.
9. Communicate effectively with the Store Leader and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
10. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.
11. Help create a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication.
12. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, in accordance with company standards.

14. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping.
15. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the Store Leader and ensure the success of the store.
