- Assist with the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Receive hands-on training from experienced leaders to develop leadership skills and knowledge of store operations.
- Assist in the training and development of team members to maintain high standards of customer service and store performance.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store to ensure a safe and inviting environment for customers and employees.
- Collaborate with the store leader to create and implement strategies to meet sales and performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with scheduling and managing employee hours to ensure adequate coverage and efficient store operations.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase store efficiency and profitability.
- Act as a role model for other team members by consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication to customer service.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the store leader.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess Strong Leadership Abilities And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees.
Retail Experience: Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role, Is Highly Desired For This Position.
Customer Service Orientation: As An Assistant Store Leader Trainee, You Will Be Responsible For Ensuring A High Level Of Customer Satisfaction. Therefore, Excellent Customer Service Skills Are A Must.
