  1. Assist with the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  3. Receive hands-on training from experienced leaders to develop leadership skills and knowledge of store operations.
  4. Assist in the training and development of team members to maintain high standards of customer service and store performance.
  5. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store to ensure a safe and inviting environment for customers and employees.
  6. Collaborate with the store leader to create and implement strategies to meet sales and performance goals.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  8. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Assist with scheduling and managing employee hours to ensure adequate coverage and efficient store operations.
  10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase store efficiency and profitability.
  11. Act as a role model for other team members by consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication to customer service.
  12. Complete other duties as assigned by the store leader.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess Strong Leadership Abilities And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees.

  • Retail Experience: Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role, Is Highly Desired For This Position.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: 7-Eleven Operates 24/7, And The Assistant Store Leader Trainee May Be Required To Work Varied Shifts, Including Nights And Weekends. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Handle A Fast-Paced And Ever-Changing Environment With Ease.
