- Assist the Store Leader in managing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.

- Train and supervise store team members to ensure efficient and effective performance.

- Act as Store Leader in their absence, making decisions and solving problems as needed.

- Adhere to all company standards and guidelines, including dress code and code of conduct.
Relevant Experience In A Leadership Or Management Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Environment.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.
Knowledge Of Store Operations, Including Inventory Management, Cash Handling, And Merchandising.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Driving Profitability.
