- Assist Store Leader in day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Lead and supervise store employees, including training, scheduling, and providing feedback to ensure a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with Store Leader to develop and implement sales strategies to increase store revenue and reach sales goals.
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order products as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Assist with creating and implementing store policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Handle and resolve any customer or employee conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to make informed decisions and improve store performance.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as payroll, budgeting, and reporting, to support the Store Leader and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures and enforcing safety regulations.
