  1. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  2. Assist in managing daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
  3. Train, coach, and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  4. Monitor and analyze store performance, and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Collaborate with the Store Leader to create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  7. Act as a role model for team members by consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication to customer service.
  8. Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
  10. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on promotions and new products.
  11. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
  12. Assist in scheduling and managing employee shifts to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation of the store.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
