  1. Oversee the operations of multiple 7-Eleven convenience stores in a designated area.
  2. Train and develop skills in retail management, including customer service, inventory management, and financial analysis.
  3. Ensure that all stores adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with health and safety regulations.
  4. Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  5. Communicate with store managers and employees to provide guidance and support, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any complaints or issues that may arise.
  7. Collaborate with other Area Leaders and upper management to share best practices and drive overall company success.
  8. Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  9. Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance and identify potential areas for improvement.
  10. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold the 7-Eleven brand standards at all times.

  • Retail Industry Experience: Previous Experience In The Retail Industry, Specifically In A Leadership Role, Is A Valuable Qualification For An Area Leader Trainee. This Will Provide A Solid Understanding Of Store Operations, Customer Service, And Inventory Management.
