We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Area Facilities Manager to join our team and oversee the maintenance and operations of our store facilities in the designated region. - Oversee the maintenance and operations of all store facilities in the designated region.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to ensure the safety and functionality of all facilities.
- Manage and coordinate all facility-related projects, including renovations, repairs, and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in regards to facility maintenance.
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of facility maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Monitor and maintain the facility budget, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to obtain quotes and schedule repairs and maintenance work.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers to ensure their facility-related needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facility management to continuously improve operations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for any facility-related emergencies and ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure facility maintenance aligns with overall company goals and objectives.
- Foster a culture of excellent customer service and ensure all facilities are maintained to high standards to enhance the customer experience.
- Act as a role model for the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Travel to various store locations within the designated region as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Convenience Store Setting.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Building Systems, Equipment Maintenance, And Safety Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Budgets And Implementing Cost-Saving Initiatives.
