- Create and maintain a schedule for regular inspections and maintenance of facilities.
- Respond promptly to any facility-related issues or emergencies.
- Manage and coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Environmental Standards.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In The Retail Or Convenience Store Industry.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Vendor Management.
