As the Area Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our stores in your designated area.   1. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all 7-Eleven stores in the designated area.
  2. Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective facilities management strategies.
  3. Create and maintain a schedule for regular inspections and maintenance of facilities.
  4. Respond promptly to any facility-related issues or emergencies.
  5. Manage and coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
  7. Train and supervise a team of facility staff members.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members.
  9. Develop and monitor budgets for facility maintenance and repairs.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve facility-related issues.
  11. Communicate effectively with store managers and other employees regarding facility maintenance and repairs.
  12. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement them in facilities management processes.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for facility-related services.
  14. Ensure all facilities are properly equipped and stocked with necessary supplies.
  15. Create and maintain documentation for all facility-related activities and expenses.
  16. Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  17. Conduct regular site visits to ensure all facilities are meeting company standards.
  18. Address any customer complaints or concerns related to facility maintenance.
  19. Monitor and track facility-related expenses and report to upper management.
  20. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline facility management processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Environmental Standards.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In The Retail Or Convenience Store Industry.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Vendor Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
