As an Area Facilities Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our stores are well-maintained, safe, and up to our high standards.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management plan for all 7-Eleven stores in the assigned area.
  2. Oversee the maintenance and repair of all store facilities, including but not limited to HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and structure.
  3. Conduct regular inspections of stores to identify any potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  4. Coordinate with store managers to address any facilities-related issues and provide timely solutions.
  5. Manage and track all facilities-related expenses within the allocated budget.
  6. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to negotiate and secure the best service and pricing for repairs and maintenance.
  7. Train and coach store managers on proper facilities management procedures and protocols.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities and agencies to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facilities management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  10. Provide timely and accurate reports to upper management on the status of facilities in the assigned area.
  11. Ensure all stores are equipped with necessary safety equipment and conduct regular safety training for employees.
  12. Handle emergency situations and provide support to stores in case of any facilities-related emergencies.
  13. Collaborate with other departments such as operations and marketing to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and standards at all times.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline facilities management processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facility Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Convenience Store Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage A Team Of Facility Technicians And Contractors.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Environmental Standards.
