  1. Develop and implement strategies for the responsible management of wastewater in compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.
  2. Conduct regular assessments and audits of wastewater treatment systems to ensure efficient and effective operation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions for wastewater treatment and reuse.
  4. Monitor and analyze wastewater data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for operational changes.
  5. Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel on wastewater treatment processes and procedures.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and regulations related to wastewater management and make recommendations for adjustments to company practices as necessary.
  7. Manage relationships with external partners and vendors involved in wastewater treatment processes.
  8. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for wastewater treatment processes and ensure adherence across all sites.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide sustainability goals and initiatives related to wastewater management.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members on best practices for wastewater treatment and management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Civil Or Environmental Engineering

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Wastewater Treatment Design And Operation

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Wastewater Treatment

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Other Engineering Design Tools

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Wastewater Treatment Processes.
