
WAREHOUSE OPERATOR, 3RD SHFIT

- Operate and maintain various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to ensure safe and efficient movement of products.
- Receive, inspect, and track incoming shipments of products, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Ensure that all products are stored in designated locations and accurately recorded in inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill and prioritize orders, and communicate any delays or issues to appropriate parties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse, including keeping aisles clear and products properly labeled.
- Follow company safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors in warehouse operations.
- Continuously look for ways to improve warehouse processes and suggest efficiency-enhancing solutions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.
- Train and mentor new employees in warehouse operations.
- Comply with all regulatory and legal requirements, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
Experience In Warehouse Operations: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Warehouse Environment, Preferably In A Manufacturing Setting.
Forklift Certification: A Valid Forklift Certification Is Required For This Position To Safely And Efficiently Operate Forklifts And Other Material Handling Equipment.
Attention To Detail: The Ability To Accurately And Efficiently Count, Record, And Organize Inventory Is Crucial In Ensuring The Accuracy Of Orders And Maintaining Inventory Levels.
Physical Stamina: The Role Of A Warehouse Operator Requires Physical Stamina To Consistently Lift And Move Heavy Items, Stand For Long Periods Of Time, And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Team Player: The Ability To Work Well Within A Team And Collaborate With Other Warehouse Operators, Supervisors, And Other Departments Is Essential For Ensuring The Smooth And Efficient Operation Of The Warehouse.
