Value Stream Engineer
Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, work instructions and test methods for the QC testing operations. Participating in weekly process and product trend review meetings. Initiating and leading Lean Six Sigma improvement projects. Implementing programs to improve safety, product quality, service and product cost. Engaging with 3M suppliers. Cooperating with global manufacturing teams to deliver business results. Providing flexibility support for round-the-clock manufacturing operations as needed. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
Cross-functional team leadership experience
Minimum two (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment
