
U.S. International Tax Specialist
Lead the preparation/review of complex U.S. international calculations including components of GILTI, FDII, and BEAT for quarterly tax provisions and communicate with external auditors. Own the process for modeling the U.S. international impacts of special projects by partnering with other tax department and/or company personnel as needed. Review complex calculations for the U.S. return including components of GILTI, FDII, and BEAT including review of book/tax/E&P differences and forms such as 5471,8858,8990 series and respond to IRS audit requests concerning the calculations. Research and analyze existing and proposed legislation with respect to US international income tax issues as needed. Identify technology solutions, design and implement process improvements. Mentor, train, and develop a team of tax analysts and senior tax analysts.
CPA certification
Proficient in use of Corptax software
Four (4) years of experience in U.S. international income tax
