- Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies and policies in compliance with international tax laws and regulations.
- Conduct research and analysis on transfer pricing issues and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate transfer pricing documentation and reporting.
- Review and analyze intercompany transactions and assess potential tax implications.
- Monitor changes in international tax laws and regulations to ensure company compliance and identify opportunities for tax optimization.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external tax advisors and authorities.
- Advise on transfer pricing implications of business transactions and propose solutions to minimize tax risks.
- Conduct transfer pricing audits and prepare responses to tax authorities' inquiries.
- Train and educate internal stakeholders on transfer pricing policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of transfer pricing documentation for all related party transactions.
- Analyze and report on transfer pricing results and trends to senior management.
- Develop and maintain transfer pricing policies and procedures in line with company objectives and overall tax strategy.
- Provide support and guidance to other departments on transfer pricing matters.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of global tax planning strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Transfer Pricing, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation Or Consulting Firm.
Extensive Knowledge Of Tax Laws And Regulations Related To Transfer Pricing, Both Domestically And Internationally.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
