Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Technical Management Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Research And Development Environment
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team
Experience In Project Management, Including Budget And Resource Allocation, To Ensure On-Time And On-Budget Delivery Of Technical Projects
