- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for 3M.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on the best recruitment approach.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and processes.
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment practices.
- Represent 3M at job fairs and other recruiting events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for 3M, promoting the company's culture and values to potential candidates.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Corporate Or Global Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Selection.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers, Candidates, And External Partners.
Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Technology.
