
Supply Chain Operations Manager

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
- Identify and resolve any supply chain issues or disruptions, taking proactive measures to prevent future occurrences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to continuously improve processes.
- Implement and maintain supply chain metrics and KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate regularly with senior management on supply chain performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in supply chain operations.
- Continuously review and evaluate supply chain processes and procedures to identify opportunities for streamlining and cost savings.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure accuracy and efficiency in supply chain operations.
- Handle any other responsibilities or tasks related to supply chain operations as assigned by senior management.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Operations, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Supply Chain Processes, Including Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management, And Logistics.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Inefficiencies And Implement Solutions In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage A Team Of Supply Chain Professionals.
