
Supply Chain Manager
Leading the Supply Chain team by establishing effective, integrated supply chain processes within the manufacturing site. Setting the business’s strategic direction and aligning resources to meet business goals. Determining the process for capacity, material planning, and inventory management. Supporting your team in identifying, defining, and implementing process improvements to supply chain process across multiple departments and partnering with product managers and business teams to ensure appropriate response to changing business conditions. Creating solutions and resolving issues between demand management contacts and manufacturing/logistics as well as ensuring volume forecasts are available/accurate for supply chain forecasting.
10 combined years experience in operations, manufacturing, and/or supply chain in a private, public, government, or military environment
Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
Black Belt Certification
Experience in a highly regulated industry (pharmaceutical, aerospace, medical device, etc.)
