As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, as well as resolving complex technical issues. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills.The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, and other software packages is a must. You should also be comfortable working with different computer hardware, such as printers and scanners.
