- Identify and implement cost-saving measures through the use of new technologies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions for production staff on new technology and processes.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet quality standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Electrical, Or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Technology Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Advanced Manufacturing Processes And Technologies Such As Automation, Robotics, And Data Analytics.
Strong Project Management Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Colleagues At All Levels And Across Departments.
