- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with US GAAP standards.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial information.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in financial reports.
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation of financial budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage and maintain documentation of financial transactions and processes.
- Communicate financial results and analysis to stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Related Field, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Senior Accounting Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Gaap) And Experience In Financial Reporting.
Proficient In The Use Of Accounting Software And Erp Systems, With The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Complex Financial Data.
Proven Ability To Manage And Prioritize Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
