- Design, implement, and maintain the Citrix Netscaler infrastructure for 3M
- Ensure optimal performance and functionality of the Citrix Netscaler system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies to enhance the Citrix Netscaler infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors related to the Citrix Netscaler system
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency and reliability
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Citrix Netscaler technology to continuously improve the system
- Develop and maintain documentation for the Citrix Netscaler infrastructure
- Train and mentor junior engineers on Citrix Netscaler best practices
- Act as a subject matter expert for all Citrix Netscaler related inquiries and provide technical support to other teams within the organization
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical system issues
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards, for security and compliance
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, recommendations, and status reports on the Citrix Netscaler system.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Managing Citrix Netscaler Solutions In A Large Enterprise Environment.
Extensive Knowledge Of Networking Protocols, Including Tcp/Ip, Dns, Dhcp, And Ssl.
Experience With Load Balancing And Content Switching Technologies, As Well As Application Delivery Controllers.
Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Related To Citrix Netscaler.
