  1. Lead and manage regulatory projects for international markets, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  2. Develop and implement project plans and timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
  3. Stay updated on international regulatory requirements and changes, and communicate any updates or potential impact to relevant teams within the company.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and effectively communicating any necessary information.
  5. Conduct thorough research and analysis of regulations and standards in different countries, and provide recommendations for compliance strategies.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, such as R&D, marketing, and legal, to ensure product compliance and alignment with regulatory requirements.
  7. Prepare and submit regulatory submissions and reports as required by international regulatory bodies.
  8. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all regulatory activities and maintain organized records for audit purposes.
  9. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide guidance and support on regulatory issues and requirements.
  10. Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to regulatory compliance, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  11. Mentor and train team members on international regulatory affairs and project management principles.
  12. Continuously improve and streamline processes related to international regulatory affairs and project management to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Regulatory Affairs, Project Management, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Regulatory Affairs And Project Management In The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Global Regulatory Requirements And Processes, Including Fda, Eu, And Other International Regulations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering International Regulatory Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Coordinate With Cross-Functional Teams Across Different Countries And Cultures.
