- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand distribution channels in the designated region.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential distribution partners to ensure strong partnerships and sustainable business growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to support the launch of new products and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of 3M's products and technologies to effectively communicate their value to distribution partners and customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Plan and execute sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for distribution partners and end-users.
- Represent 3M at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our brand and products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute regional sales plans and support overall sales objectives.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards and ensure distribution partners are adhering to them.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Travel within the designated region to meet with distribution partners and customers, as needed.
A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In A Distribution Or Manufacturing Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Distributors And Internal Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Extensive Knowledge Of The Distribution Market, Including Key Players, Trends, And Potential Growth Opportunities.
Ability To Travel Regularly Within The Assigned Region And Work Independently With A High Level Of Autonomy.
