  1. Lead and coordinate projects related to the development and improvement of commercial vehicle products.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to ensure project success and meet project goals and objectives.
  3. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and technicians to drive project success.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot project issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
  6. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and innovation in commercial vehicle products.
  7. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including management and team members.
  8. Ensure all project documentation, including design specifications and test plans, are accurately maintained and updated.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in commercial vehicle technology.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards, to ensure product quality and safety.
  11. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers on the team.
  12. Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
  14. Attend and participate in meetings, conferences, and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In The Commercial Vehicle Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Vehicle Design, Manufacturing Processes, And Regulations.

  • Experience In Project Management, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Team Leadership.
