- Lead and coordinate projects related to the development and improvement of commercial vehicle products.
- Utilize technical expertise to ensure project success and meet project goals and objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and technicians to drive project success.
- Identify and troubleshoot project issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and innovation in commercial vehicle products.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including management and team members.
- Ensure all project documentation, including design specifications and test plans, are accurately maintained and updated.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in commercial vehicle technology.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards, to ensure product quality and safety.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers on the team.
- Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
- Attend and participate in meetings, conferences, and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety in all aspects of the job.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In The Commercial Vehicle Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Vehicle Design, Manufacturing Processes, And Regulations.
Experience In Project Management, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Team Leadership.
