Principal Biostatistician

As a Principal Biostatistician, you will be responsible for leading a team of biostatisticians in the design and analysis of 3M’s clinical and non-clinical studies.You will have a deep understanding of biostatistical methods and the ability to provide thought leadership to ensure that the design and analysis of studies are of the highest quality. You will also be a key contributor to the development of new analytical methods and techniques to support the company’s research and development activities.The successful candidate must have a Ph.D. in Biostatistics or a related quantitative field and a minimum of 8 years of post-doctoral experience working in a biostatistics role.
