- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company values and objectives.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the plant's human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Partner with plant leadership to understand and address their HR needs and provide strategic solutions.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee development, conflict resolution, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to employment and labor practices.
- Monitor and maintain accurate employee records and manage all HR-related documentation.
- Lead and facilitate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and promote employee retention.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns and take appropriate action to address and resolve issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support plant operations.
- Manage HR budget and resources effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, promoting open communication and constructive feedback.
- Uphold 3M's commitment to sustainability and promote a culture of environmental responsibility within the plant.
- Mentor and develop HR team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Plant Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures.
