Job Description

Serving as the primary financial business partner for the Decatur, AL Chemical & Film Plant. Leading plant and business teams through annual operating plan, monthly forecasting and review processes. Influencing strategies, priorities, and resource allocation decisions for the business. Collaborating with cross-functional business team members to assess the impact, prioritize and implement initiatives to help the organization meet its financial and operational goals. Leading or participating in special projects. Ensuring compliance with 3M’s Global Financial Standards.
