- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain and logistics operations.
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans that align with business objectives.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of implemented plans.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
