Participating in extensive training such as Lean Six Sigma, project management and leadership development. Leading assigned projects, with mentoring, to develop proficiency using established methods, practices, and concepts that are heavily weighted by Six Sigma methodology and focused on Lean Manufacturing Principles. Leading multiple Green Belt projects and becoming Green Belt Certified within 12 months. Project work may include customer service improvements, inventory optimization, scheduling optimization, changeover reduction, cycle time reduction, service attainment improvements, business process redesign, complex data analysis and interpretation, etc. Leading a social responsibility project.
Currently possess or in the final year of pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Previous experience working in a data science/statistics role in a manufacturing environment
