Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Process Improvement Initiatives.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Diverse Team.
