Job Description

3M is looking for an experienced and customer-focused National Contact Center Supervisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an organized and driven individual to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment. The National Contact Center Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the contact center, ensuring the highest level of customer service and efficiency.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in a supervisory role in a contact center environment. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
