- Develop and implement metrics and automation strategies to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to identify areas for improvement and cost savings opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions to streamline procurement processes.
- Monitor and track procurement performance metrics, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay current with industry best practices and trends in procurement metrics and automation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of metrics and automation initiatives.
- Train and educate team members on the use of metrics and automation tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to metrics and automation processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve metrics and automation processes to ensure optimal performance.
- Liaise with procurement team members globally to ensure consistency and standardization of metrics and automation practices.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data integrity while handling sensitive information.
- Act as a subject matter expert on metrics and automation, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Uphold the company's values and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Procurement, Supply Chain, Or Data Analysis Role.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Proficiency In Data Analysis And Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.
Knowledge Of Procurement Processes, Systems, And Metrics, With Experience In Driving Process Improvements And Automation Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
