  1. Conduct regular maintenance and reliability assessments to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
  2. Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner.
  5. Utilize root cause analysis techniques to identify and address underlying causes of equipment failures.
  6. Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  7. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to equipment and processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
  8. Provide technical expertise and support to other team members and departments.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to ensure maintenance and reliability processes are in line with current standards.
  10. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and reliability activities and provide reports to management as needed.
  11. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on maintenance and reliability practices.
  12. Comply with all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
  13. Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality and safety.
  14. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.
  15. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with team members and other departments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Maintenance Or Reliability Engineering Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Mechanical Systems And Equipment, Including Troubleshooting And Maintenance Best Practices.

  • Experience With Reliability-Centered Maintenance (Rcm) Principles And Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
