- Receive and process incoming materials and products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet production demands and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Operate and maintain various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Pick and pack orders according to established procedures, ensuring accuracy and quality control at all times.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth flow of materials and products throughout the facility.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies or damages in inventory, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns related to warehouse operations.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity within the warehouse.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Train and mentor new warehouse team members to ensure proficiency in all aspects of the role.
- Act as a positive representative of 3M, promoting a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Experience In Operating Warehouse Machinery And Equipment: A Manufacturing Warehouse Operator At 3M Should Have Experience In Operating Various Types Of Warehouse Machinery And Equipment, Such As Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, And Conveyor Systems.
Knowledge Of Safety Protocols: This Position Requires Adherence To Strict Safety Protocols In A Manufacturing Environment. Candidates Should Have Knowledge Of Safety Procedures And Be Able To Follow Them At All Times.
