- Oversee and manage production operations on rotating shifts to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and analyze production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demand.
- Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to achieve production goals.
- Train and develop team members on standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance and promote a safe work environment.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials for production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as quality control, maintenance, and engineering to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Implement and monitor production metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Experience In A Manufacturing Environment: A Successful Manufacturing Supervisor At 3M Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Manufacturing Setting, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role. This Will Ensure That The Candidate Is Familiar With The Processes, Equipment, And Safety Procedures Involved In Manufacturing.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Supervisor, This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Effectively. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Decision-Making Skills, As Well As The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members.
Flexible Schedule And Ability To Work Rotating Shifts: This Job At 3M Specifically Requires The Candidate To Be Able To Work Rotating Shifts, Which May Include Nights, Weekends, And Holidays. The Candidate Should Be Able To Demonstrate Their Willingness And Ability To Work A Flexible Schedule.
