- Communicate with upper management on production status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Manufacturing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Management Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Highly Regulated Industry.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Diverse Team.
Experience With Project Management, Budgeting, And Cost Control In A Manufacturing Environment.
