  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all equipment and machinery in the facility.
  2. Collaborate with maintenance team to identify and prioritize maintenance needs and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  3. Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues, proactively planning for maintenance to prevent downtime.
  4. Utilize maintenance management software to schedule and track maintenance activities and keep accurate records.
  5. Coordinate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities during periods of low production to minimize disruption.
  6. Analyze maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase equipment effectiveness.
  7. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  8. Source and order necessary parts and supplies for maintenance activities, while keeping costs within budget.
  9. Communicate with vendors and contractors to schedule maintenance services and ensure timely completion of work.
  10. Train and mentor maintenance team members on maintenance planning best practices and procedures.
  11. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline maintenance processes and increase efficiency.
  12. Stay updated on industry advancements and technology to implement innovative maintenance strategies.
  13. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure equipment is operating at peak performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance plans for new equipment installations or upgrades.
  15. Communicate with management and other stakeholders about maintenance schedules, activities, and performance metrics.
