Job Description

Lead cross-functionally with sourcing, supply chain, laboratory and marketing to deliver the business operating plans. Participate on new product development teams to take products through the commercialization process to launch. Initiate and lead Lean Six Sigma and cost improvement projects. Manage strategic source of supply projects. Manage documentation of product cost, quality, process understanding and specifications.

Job Qualifications

  • Six sigma project leadership experience

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

  • Ability to understand and apply lean, analytical and statistics tools
