Job Description

Driving UX strategy and approach with cross-functional project teams that balance business objectives with customer needs. Leading and facilitating workshops, end-to-end user research, usability testing, and delivering strategic recommendations with confidence. Demonstrating experience using interactive prototypes, storyboards, movies, and other artifacts. Supporting multiple new design programs, redesign efforts, or continuous improvement projects in a dynamic, diverse environment while meeting timely deadlines. Collaborating with other design disciplines to craft a human-centered approach to innovation.

Job Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of experience design work in design, UX research, user interface, interaction design, product design

  • 7-10 years of experience as a UX practitioner (e.g., UX Strategist, Researcher, UX Designer, Product Designer)

  • Experience working collaboratively with other product managers and engineers in a variety of settings
