  1. Develop and implement company-wide labor and employment policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  2. Conduct legal research and provide guidance to management and HR teams on complex labor and employment issues.
  3. Review and advise on employment contracts, severance agreements, and other employment-related documents.
  4. Represent the company in employment-related litigation, including discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination cases.
  5. Collaborate with HR and management teams to provide training and education on labor and employment laws and best practices.
  6. Stay up-to-date on changes and developments in labor and employment laws and regulations and advise the company on potential impact.
  7. Conduct internal investigations and provide recommendations for resolution of labor and employment-related complaints.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and government agencies.
  9. Assist with labor and employment-related due diligence in mergers and acquisitions.
  10. Provide legal support and advice to other departments, such as Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition.
  11. Ensure company compliance with affirmative action and equal employment opportunity requirements.
  12. Participate in the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized records of labor and employment-related matters.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for workplace conflicts and issues.
  15. Communicate and provide updates to senior leadership on labor and employment-related matters.
  16. Adhere to the company's code of conduct and ethics policies in all aspects of work.
  17. Mentor and train junior legal team members on labor and employment law best practices.
  18. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  19. Continuously evaluate and improve labor and employment-related processes and procedures.
  20. Represent the company and its values in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Practicing Labor And Employment Law, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Provide Sound Legal Advice And Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With All Levels Of Employees And Management.
