  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow key customer accounts.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales strategies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
  7. Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  9. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on sales performance and identify any potential issues or opportunities.
  10. Represent 3M at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and build relationships with potential customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In Key Account Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing Key Accounts.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Of Sales Representatives.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Accounts.
